I have an array of 1899 would reverse and put it on eBay but do not know where to start the offer at?
I researched and had apprasied for $ 800.00 about 8 years earlier. Can anyone give me advice
Well, if you have a price fixed in your mind what you would like to receive the painting then you can always set your initial price asked down to attract attention, but have a "reserve price" which is not disclosed to bidders. Say you want $ 800. You can start bidding from $ 1 with a reserve price of $ 800 so if the auction only $ 800, then it does not sell and people need to keep bidding until it reaches this point. Of course, if call going to tender more than $ 800 super, it may sell for much more. Ebayers can be very fickle and it may take several attempts before it sells. Good luck!
